How it works?
Step 1 - You Sign-up for ready-to-use device on our website. Get a data plan SIM card from your local network provider.
Step 2 - We mail you the free-lease device. Follow the easy-to-install instructions that are provided with the device.
Step 3 - You log in to our web portal and update SIM card information. The device is ready to track your vehicle. -

Accurate location with +/- 10 meters accuracy
Our device has an inbuilt GPS / GPRS chip with specially designed internal antenna for accuracy and reliability. Some solutions use tower based triangulation to provide approximate location information which can vary by upto 500m and does not work well when there are no cell towers specially in remote areas.
Location updates at 3 minute frequency
We provide complete vehicle trips captured at 3 minute ( up to 10 sec update avaialble for special price) frequency unlike solutions where trips are collection of points captured at 5 minute frequency. We show live vehicle movement along with your vehicle location and speed. We also capture vehicle stoppages and overspeeding stretches. -
Easy setup
Data plan SIM cards with popular base network operators such are AT&T and Verizon are recommended. Some resellers provide SIM cards and services that cost around $3 per month for an average user. Detailed information is provided on sign-up.
User is responsible for maintaining the balance on SIM card for Basic and Extended plans while network charges are included in the plan for Basic Plus.
User need not install any software to track the vehicle on the map. Entire application is available on the web. Tracking data can be emailed to you automatically (periodically) or downloaded from our secure servers.

How often does the device update track location?
The device updates location every 3 minute when the vehicle is on, and updates with a long period when the vehicle is off.
In which countries does the GPS tracking device work?
GPS tracking is currently active in all countries.
Do I need to pay for data plan?
Yes. You pay for the data network charge and the SIM card directly to the network provider for Basic and Extended plans. However network charges are included in the plan if you sign-up for Basic Plus.
Do GPS devices from Zotibs have CE (European), FCC(US) and ROHS certifications?
All Zotibs products comply with the applicable international requirements for product safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), essential safety & usage information, RoHS and quality. Zotibs GPS trackers are covered by CE, FCC and ROHS certifications and declarations.
Do I pay a monthly fee per device or pay any recurring charges?
Yes. Monthly fees are charged for each device in your account.
Why do you charge monthly subscription fee?
Your monthly supscription charge partially covers the cost of device and cloud based mapping service. Your downloadable trip data is stored on cloud servers for 14 days.
How accurate is the GPS vehicle tracking?
GPS vehicle tracking is accurate to within 2 meters of the tracked vehicle.
Why can't I use GPS APP on my mobile phone?
There are multiple reasons why you don't prefer to use mobile APP for vehicle GPS tracking. GPS electronics used in tracking device are highly accurate, reliable, and do not get disrupted by regular phone calls. Tracking devices send additional information on power and ignition status. GPS chips consume high power which are prohibitive for mobile devices if not connected to any power source. Importantly GPS device stays with the vehicle for security while mobile stays with a person.
What happens if the device does not work as desired?
The device will be replaced with another working piece as long as you are our customer.
What if I want to discontinue the service ?
We assure you of our best services and a solution at par with international standards. You can cancel your subscription by giving us a 60-day notice and returning the device to us.
